Welcome to CHU! We are more than just a clothing brand—we are a passion project created to keep the next generation connected to their rich culture, heritage, and identity from the very beginning.

How It All Started

As parents and members of the Ethiopian community, we often searched for everyday children’s clothing that celebrated our culture in a modern, subtle, and stylish way. We noticed a huge gap in the market: while there were plenty of traditional outfits for special occasions, there was a lack of comfortable, premium-quality everyday apparel for kids that carried authentic cultural pride.

That is why CHU was born—to bridge that gap by bringing everyday comfort together with timeless cultural expression.
