  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

  • During high-demand seasons or sale events, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your items as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days (where available).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping!

  • International delivery times typically range between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CHU is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fees.
